Who say that being in their said Mistress's Ware House in
Gracechurch Street
Yesterday Evening about Ten Minutes
after Eight o'Clock they saw the Prisoner Thomas Barnsley< no role >
come into the Passage
leading into the [..] house of the said Catherine Webb< no role >
in the City of London
Ware House being part of [..] well [..] and [..]
felony Steal two Pieces of Harratan value three pounds which lay there and wentupout with
the same under his Arm, That Informants immediately Pursued
and took the Prisoner with the Harratan now produced
upon him which is the same that he took out the Ware
House Passage and the Property of the said Catherine
Webb. That they brought him back to the Warehouse and
sait for John Godfrey< no role >
a Constable
to whom they delivered the
Prisoner together with the two Pieces of Harratan
