on his Oath saith that the piece of
Kidderminster Carpek now produced is his property

on his Oath saith that abt. eights oclock
in the Evening on Monday the 27th. Inst. he was passing
thro Thames Street
he saw prisoner Elizth. Wood take
from the Window of Mr. Gills shop in Thames street
the
pure of Kidderminster Staff now produced and that
he laid hold of the prisoner who then dropped the
Stuff. and took her into the Shop and acquainted Mr
Gills shopmen of what he saw. Sarah Grubb on her
Oath saith that about eight o clock on Monday the 27th
instant she was in the Warehouse of Mr. Gill in Thames
street
, she saw the informant John Deveral take hold of the
prisoner near her Masters Shop and said she had
taken a piece of Kidderminster Staff out of the Window
of the samethat informant there saw the Prisoner
Drop the pure of Kidderminster Staff which is now
Produced.
