Years, who lives at No 1 in Fell Street aforesaid, and
who hath been examined touching the Nature of an
OathWho being on Oath severally say And
First the said
Joseph Collins< no role >
for himself saith, that on
the thirteenth day of September Instant, about eleven
O Clock in the Morning, he went to Golden Lane
having
First locked the door of his Apartment, and put the
Key in his PocketSays, that he went into a Public
House the coiner of Beech Lane
where the Prisoner
wasInformant and the Prisoner went together
to the Apartment of the Former, in order to bargain
about a hat that was in pawn, and in Presence of
the Prisoner, Informant took a Guinea out of the
Box now produced, and there remained three guineas
in the Boxthen Informant and the Prisoner went
back to the same Publick House, and Informant
on a sudden missed the key of his Apartment out
of his Pocket and he missed the three Guineas one of the BoxAnd the said

Norman for himself saith, that between Five and
six O'Clock of the said thirteenth day of September
Instant in the Afternoon he was going by the door of the Apartment
of the said

, and saw the Prisoner
in the ApartmentInformant asked him what he
did there
[..] the Prisoner said, that Collins sent
him for a pair of old Shoes, and was waiting at
the Publick House at the Cornerthe Prisoner
