The Humble Petition of the Church Wardens and Over Seers
of the Poor of the Parish Saint Martin within ludgate

Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of two at his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said City and Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Twenty Second day of January last past

then a later in his
Majesty's Service
was removed from the Parish of Saint
Botolph without Bishopgate
London to the said Parish
of Saint Martin without Ludgate
London as the Place of
her last legal Settlement
Yours Petitioner therefore conceive
themselves aggrieved by the said Order or Pass
Warrant and do humbly appeal against the
same and pray such Relief in the Premises
as to your Lordship and Worship shall ever
meet
And your Petitioner's shall pray Etc
