Bishopgate London and to the
Church-Wardens and Over Seers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Bartholomew by the
Exchange in the said City of London
and to every to them

WHEREAS Compliant bath been made unto Us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Over Seers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopgate
London, That Frances Moore< no role > the wife of Charles Moore< no role >
who hath lett her and her two Children Vizt. Ann< no role > aged three
years and upwards and a Male Infant Child not chrisehed a
native of Warwickshire but where settlement is not known
are
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and are likley to become charge-
able thereto unless timely prevented, which Compliant We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof as well upon
the Oath of the said Frances Moore< no role > as otherwise
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Frances Moore< no role > and her said
two Children
to be in the said Parish of Saint Bartholomew by the
Exchange in the said City of London
and that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent

There are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Warden and Over Seers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopgate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Frances Moore< no role >
and her said two Children
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
saint Bartholomew by the Exchange
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Over Seers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this over Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals, this 18th Day of Feby One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy Eight
