Bryan Orier< no role > or Pass Warrt. datd 22d. Janry last under the hands
and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the sd City &
Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) Phillis Knott< no role > the Wife of
John Knott< no role > then a Sailor in his Majesties Service was removed
from the Parish of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate London to the
said Parish of St. Martin Ludgate within London at the Place of her
last legall Settlement.

Against which Order the sd. Parish of St. Martin Ludgate
appealed in Febry Sessions last And

By an Order made at [..] sessions datd.last the
determination of sd. Appeal was adjourned As the then next
Genl . Quarter Sessions (Vizt) this day Monday of April 1778

Upon Inquiry the Settlement of the Prayer is without
Doubt in the parish of St.of which the
Overseers of Bishopsgate Parish or to well satisfied that
they will consent to the Allowances of the Appeal

Please therefore to move that this Appeal at may be
allowed the Overseers of St. Botolph Bishopsgate by
(Mr.) then Counsel consenting thereto.
