mants Silvanus Hall< no role > in his Oath saith that on Saturday
1st. inst. between 11 & 12 in theafternoonForenoon Dept. bring
in sd. Mr. Halls Workshop, Dept. saw the deced. pass along
the Workshop both his hands being upon his right
Thigh and crying acts Oh decay, Oh dear, what shall I
do his sd. High bleeding very much at the same being
and Dept. saw a Chissell which Dept. believes to be the
same now produced very bloody in Munn's right
Hand, that the deced sat himself down upon a Chest in
sd. Shop, as soon as possible after which Dept. to as [..]
his Breeches and discovered a wound in his Thigh
which bled very much, says that a Surgeon of
presently sent for and in the mean time Dept. put
his hand uponhisthe wound to stop the Effusion of
Blood and Dept. says that [..] before the deced at
decon upon the Chest he said the Munn had such
the Chissell in his Thigh, says that soon after the deced.
was sent St. Bartholomew Hospital where he died
last Monday as Dept. hath been informed and believes
where Dept. saw him dead this Evening says that
when sd. Munn saw the deced he [..]
intendseemed to be much concerned and said he did
[..] do it on used word to that affect

Thomas Page< no role > of Aldergate street London Lace Merchant
on his Oath saith that Dept. being related to the deced. and
being [..] informed that the deed. was in St. Bartholo-
mew Hospital on Arcot. of a Stab which he had reced.
since days before at Mr. Hall's Workshop Dept. went to
Sd. Hospital to visit the deced. on Sunday last when
Dept. saw him the [..] the deced appeared to Dept. to be
very sencible, and told Dept. that one Thomas Munn< no role >
had related him with an such and half Chissell, [..]
[..] on the inside of his Right Thigh [..] with his left hand,
and on Depts. asking deced, it Munns had reason for so
stirting the deced the deced answered none at all says
the deced died in sd. Hospital last Monday as Dept. hath been
informed and believes and Dept. saw him there dead this day:
says the deced said that the Chissell with which Munn had
stuch the [..] deced is as the deced Chissell and that the deced had
last the Chippell to Munn.
