19th. April 1775 at St.
Bartholomew's Hospital
in the Parish of Saint Bartholomew
the Less in the Ward of
Harringdon without on an
Inquisition taken on the
Body of Benjamin Fisher< no role >
there lying dead.

William Warby< no role > Carpenter lodging with Taylor of
Water Lane in the Parish of St. Dunstan in the West
London Baker on his Oath saith that he was present
on Saturday the 1st. of April in St. between 11 & 12 of Noon
[..] the Workshop of Silvanus Hall< no role > situate in
Dorset Gardens in St. Brides Parish Carpenter [..] Thomas
Munn< no role > Apprentice to the sd. Silvanus Hall< no role > and the
dated wife together in the Workshop and Dept. and
Munn say tothe deced the ofDept. that the deced had
taken Dept. of [..] his Work [..] to which the dead
an served that the Sd. Munn wantd to [..]
together, says that within a five Minutes afterwards
Dept. saw the dead [..] on the Workshop crying out
Children and Blooddroping fromruning from his
Right High, and that for about them da [..] of an
Hour afterwards the deced continued bleeding in the
sd. Workshop to a great depace in somuch that he was
unable to speah and that he was seen afterwards as
Dept. was informed and believes sent to St. Bartholomews
Hospital where he died the 10th. inst as Dept. hath, been
likewise informed and believes says it at kept the
asked sd. Munn of the [..] Want in the [..]
Shop will a Chipal in his Hand whetter Munn there
the sd. Chipell at the deced or stated him with its to wch
Munn answered he [..] not tall which, Munn saying
at the same time that he [..] the deced no ill will.

County of Middx . Ingram and one of the Surgeons belonging
to St. Bartholomew's Hospital in his Oath saith the on or
at the 1st. of April inst. as Dept. hath been informed and believes
the deced. was admited [..] sd. Hospital he having
receda largeWound on the used of his right Thigh abt. 4
[..] that alarge Blood Vassell was divided and Dept.
believes that the sd. Warren was The [..] was on of his
death which happened on the 10th. of April last as Dept. hath
been informed and believes Says he was informed the sd Wound
was given by a Chissell, but by what instant the sd. Warned was
given Dept can for [..] and says that a Chissell been [..]
[..] to Dept. Dept. thinks the sd. Chissell to large to take
given the wound.
