Who Saith that
On the 21st. of April Instant between the hours of Nine and Ten
OClock his Warehouse situated in Charter house Lane
was broke
open and taken from thence Thirteen Cheshire Cheeses five of which
was found near the Warehouse in Charter house Lane and the
Other Eight were found in the Yard of Mr Richard Melin< no role >
in
Turnhill Street
Clerkenwell
and they were taken away by Ambrose
Williams< no role >
the Constable
by his Order they being his property tohis
the house of the said Ambrose Williams< no role >

on his Oath saith that he went into the Yard of the house of
Mr Melin in Turnmill Street
and saw Eight Cheeses which where
his Massters property and that he Assisted Mr Williams the
Constable
in Carrying the same to his house
