And first the Deponent Ann Saith That she
Pleaded Not Guilty to the Indictment in
this Cause the last January Session and
found Manucaptors her Appearance to
prosecute her Traverse this Session And this
Deponent further saith that being the Defendant
she hath been credibly Informed she cannot
be Evidence herself And she hall two very
Material Witnesses, videliet Charles Griffith< no role >
Apprentice
to one Mr. Hardt [..] in the [..] who one or both see the
whole of the Assault Complained of in this
Cause and whom she hath herself as well
as by other persons enquired ofter in order to
have been Sulpanad to have given their
