To The Right Honourable The Lord Mayor and
other His Majesties Justices of the Peace for the City of
London at their General Session of the Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of An Order or pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of the Right Honourable
John Sawbridge< no role > Esquire Lord Mayor of the City of
London and Thomas Wooldridge< no role > Esquire two of His
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the City of London
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
twenty second day of July One thousand Seven hundred
and Seventy Six Mary Collins< no role > was removed and
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Stephen
Coleman Street in the City of London to the said Parish
of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate London as the
place of the last legal Settlement of the said Mary
Collins Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to
be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly
pray your Worships to hear and determins
their said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
