of the Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn above the bars
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That Sarah Andrews< no role > the Widow of Richard
Andrews< no role > Deceased was by Order or Pass Warrant
dated the 21st. Day of June last under the Hands and
Seals of the Right Honourable John Sawbridge< no role >
Esquire Lord Mayor of the City of London and
Fredk. Bull< no role > Esqr . Alderman of the said City Two of
His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City
and the Libertes thereof (One being of the Quorum)
Removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of
Saint Vedast alias Foster in the City of London
to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above
the Bars as the Place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners & Appellants conceive
themselves aggrieved thereby humbly appeal
to the Judgment of this Honourable Court agt.
the same and pray that they would be
pleased to hear and Determine the said
Appeal and that all persons concerned may
abide the Judgment and Determination
thereof And that Your petitioners may be
Relieved in the Premises as this Honourable
Court shall seem meet

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
