The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Kenderchurch in the County
of Hereford
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and
Seals of two of the Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing date
the fifth day of June last

aged five Years were removed from the Parish of
Saint Sepulchre
London to the said Parish of Kenderchurch
in
the County of Hereford
(by the Name of Kynechurch
in the County
of Hereford) as the Place of their last legal Settlement.
Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Order or Warrant of the said two Justices
humbly Appeal against the same and pray such
relief in the Premisses unto this Honourable Court
shall seem just and equitable
