To the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Stephen Coleman Street in the
City of London and the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate London and to every of them

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
his Majesty's Justices of Peace for the City of London and
Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum by the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Stephen Coleman Street in the City of London, That
Mary Collins< no role > is

lately Come to reside in their said Parish not having
obtain'd any legal Settlement there and is likely to become
chargeable thereto unles timely prevented which Complaint
We she said Justices upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Mary Collins as otherwise, do adjudge
to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal Settlement
of the said Mary Collins

to be in the said Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate London
and that thitherto she ought by Law to be send.

These are therefore is his Majesty's Name to will Require
you the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Stephen Coleman Street in the City of
London forthwith to remove and convey the said Mary Collins
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate London

And her deliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor there or to some or one of them, together with this our
Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and provide for
her according to Law. Given under our Hands and Seals
his 22d. Day of July One Thousand Seven Hundred
and Seventy Six
