Peace for the City of London in their Genl. Session of
the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition & appeal of the overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the said City of
London

Sheweth

That by an order or Pass Warrant under the hands and seals of the Right Honble
John Sawbridge< no role > Esqr . and Samuel Plumbe< no role > Esqr two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in & for the said City of London (one being of the
Quorum) bearing date the Seventh day of June last past Ann
Melton< no role > the Wife of Thomas Melton< no role > who hath deserted her and her
Son Frances< no role > aged three years & upwards were removed from the Parish
of Saint Faith under Saint Paul in the said City to the said Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn in the said City of London as the place of
the legal Settlement of the said Ann Mellon whereby your Petitioners
Conceive themselves to be aggrived and against the said order do Appeal

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray
that your Worships will be pleased to appoint
some day in the next Sessions for the Hearing
and determining of their said appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
