Joseph Weley< no role > Joseph Weleyanor. Servt . of the sd. Thos. Bishop< no role > on
his Oath saith that on Friday the 10th. inst. Dept.
saw the deced with a Buckett of water in his
hand and Bristow following the deced endeavoring
to strike him: says she deced [..] threw the water at
Baistole on which Baistol struck the deced swire
over the Head with his First, upon the which the
deced slung the Buckett with great fored and
struck Bristol upon the Head with it; that
Bristol then with drew from the deced and
the deced thereatened to parish Bristol for
striking him on which Bristol repeated his
Blows & struck the deced with such violence
that the deced fell to the groverd. Says Bristow's [..]
Brother, then struck the sd. Barstow [..] & asked him
if he had a mined to hill the man, soon after
which sd. Bristole with drew & the deced want
away says he saw a great wound or bringe upon

on his Oath that on the 10th. instant after some words having
possed between the deced abt. Pet of Beer as the deced
was going to pour some water out of a Buckett into
a Pot to heart for which House [..] Bristow put his hard
into the Bucketts threw some of the weter into
the deced's Fard gave the sd deced which [..] upon
shehis seats shoved him against his Bros. Henry
BristolBristow, who desired him to be quiet
to let the deced afore. calling his Bror. a foolish
man; that thenBristolBristow struck the deced with his
Fist in the Fare which caused blood to issue
from the deced : that the deced having then the
Buckett of water in his hand told [..] Britow that if
he did not [..] esist he wod. throw it at hair on wch
[..] Bristow immediately struck him again with his
Fist in the Fare & the deced then Threw the water
upon [..] Bristoy struck [..] Brislow
upon his Hed withhisthe Buckett, on which
[..] Bristow struck the deced upon the right ye with
great force which caused him to fall with great
force against the Hind wheel of a Coach, the deced
head being hit agt. the struke of the wheel of the Coach
says the deced continued in the work yard for an Hour
afterwards. or thereabouts
