on his Oath saith that [..]
the Bady of the decedon Tuesday last he this
Deponent was s.not for to visit the deced, that
Deponent found the deced almost speechless and
sinseless, that the bled blistered & puryed the
deced that day and administred such other
remedies as Dept. thought necessary, says he
found him better the next day his speech
having returned to him & being in some degree
sensible: that Dept. asked the deced where his
pair was who poined to the leftside [..] of his
Head, that Dept. visited him again the same
evening & foure him [..] ward: that on
Thursday the next day Dept. went to him &
found the deced much ward & Dept thought
dying and says he was informed & believes the
deced died about an Hour afterwards - That
Dept. hath view the death of the deced inspected his
[..] brings and find that they were the
occasion of his Death, but particularlythe
a Blow he reced upon his Right Temple.
