or workmen or her Behalf and alsoEdthe above named Edward
Wickers< no role > and William Stockley< no role > appointed by Ralph Thrale< no role > Esqr .
as two surveyors or workmen on his Behalf to View and Examine
the Partywall between a House in Bishopgate Street in the Occupation
of John Alderhead< no role > Silversmith owned by the said Mrs. Newnam and
a House in the Occupation of [..] Edward Copper< no role > Commonly Called or
known by the name or Sign of the Flower pot Alehouse , owned by
the said Ralph Thrale< no role > having this Day mett at the Flower pot
alehouse aforesaid in pursuance of due notice for this purpose given
in pursuance of the Act of Parliament in this Case made and provided
Do hereby Certify that Wee have this Day carefully viewed and Examined
the said Party wall, and we do find That the said Party wall is Defective
and Riunous, and ought to be pulled Down, Witness our hands, this
16 Day of January 1758 .
