The King against Thomas Scott< no role > for a Forgery

Be pleased to Take Notice that I Intend at this present Quarter
Sessions of Goal Delivery of Newgate holden in and for the City of London
at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey Within the said City to Morrow or so
Soon after as Counsell Can be Heard to Move the Right Honourable
the Lord Mayor, and the Rest of his Majestys Justices now Sitting at the
said Sessions in and for the said City of London that my Tryall for the
abovemention & Forgery may be Putt off untill the next Ensueing Sessions
by reason of Two of my Most Material Witnesses (to Wit) William
Jones < no role > and John Williams< no role > being Absent and now at this Time
Resident in the City of Dublin in the Kingdom of Ireland Dated
this Ninth day of April 1752 .
