And further Saith that he this Deponent on Thursday
the Ninth instant applyed at the Clerk of Assizes Office
for the Western Circuit for a Certificate of the Conviction
of the said Morris Salisbury< no role > is Order to carry on a prosecution
against him for being at large before the Experation of
the Term for which he was Ordered to be transported and
upon the Clerk of Arraigas Searching the Records he this
Deponent was informed by him that the said Morris Salisbury< no role >
was about the twelfth of March One thousand Seven hundred
and forty nine tryed and convicted of the above Offence and
received the above Sentence of Transportation how, but that
the Book is which the Transportation Order was entered
and from which he must certifie the said Salisburys
Transportation was at the last assyes for the Western Circuit
left at Tannten in the County of Somerset with the Clerk
of Assye in Order to be taken with him to the Gaol Delivers
for the City of Bristol to be produced on the Tryal of a person
for being at large after he was Ordered for Transportation
before the Expiration of his Term. And this Deponent
further Saith that he was likewise informed by the said
Clerk of Arraigus that it would be necessary besides
the Certificate of Conviation to produce a person who was present
