abovementioned Felonys and whose Tryall is Expected to Some on at this
Present Sessions Maketh Oath that

John Williams< no role >

will beTwo Material witnesses for this Deponent upon his said Tryall, and
without whose Testimony this Deponent Cannot Proceed thereto are now
Resident in the City of Dublin
in the Kingdom of Ireland
, which Deprives
this Deponent of the Benefitt of their Evidence at this Time, But that this
Deponent will

he shall be Able to procure the said

London, and Appear as Witnesses for this Deponent before this Honourable

Postpone his Tryall for the abovementioned Felony untill the next Ensueing
