The Information of John Parke< no role > Citizen and Draper of the
City of London

This Informant on his Oath Saith that on or about the Month of January
last past Jacob Stone< no role > then prisoner in the Marshalsea prison sent for this
Informant to Speak with him there And According this Informant teent to
the said Jacob Stone< no role > at which time the said Jacob Stone< no role > produced a Certain
Paper Writing purposting to the and which the said Jacob Stone< no role > Told this
Informant was the last Will and Testament of William Stone< no role > late of
Maidstone in the County of Kent Cyder Merchant Deceased) and then
Took this Informant to a private place Called the park in the said
Marshalsea prison and there the said Jacob Stone< no role > Told this Informant
he and Trusted his life in the hands of time this Informent by Showing
the said paper Writing and then Desired that he this Informant would
Swear to and prove the Said pretended Will of the said William Stone< no role >
although he this Informent was not a Subscriting Witness to the said
pretended Will and Said that he this Informant would Be a Beller
Witness then a Subscribing One and this Informant father in has
Oath Saith that he has past Cause to Suspect and Believe that the said
paper Writing was not true But forged and Cruater feiled Will
