maketh Oath and saith that
the abovenamed Defendant being apprehended for
stealing three Pewter pots the property of this Deponent
she was upon the Testimony of one Mrs. Agnes Cragg< no role >
comitted for the said Offence and this Deponent bound
by Recognizance to prosecute her at this present
Session And this Deponent further Saith that
the said Mrs. Cragg is the only material Witness for
this Deponent in the said prosecution and that she
now lyes in Childbirth and [..] hath been unable to Attend this
Honourable Court to give her Evidence on the Indictments
intended to be preferred in this Cause.
