The Information of Lady Rebecca Moyer< no role > taken
upon Oath this twenty fifth day of March Anno Dni
1719

Who Saith that on or about the twentieth of January last She
hired one Charles Vincent< no role > als Vinson< no role > to be her Coachman
That about a month afterwards the Said Charles Vincent< no role > als
Vinson< no role > complained that one of her Lady Ships Coach horses was
lame & that upon Search he found that the horse had reced
a Renuell naile in his foot & thereupon She gave direction to
the said Charles to goe to her Farrier in Order to gett the
horse cured That the Farrier die under take to cure the Said
horse & would have done it as he informed her But the Said
Charles intending to steale the Said horse as she veryly beleives
conveyed the said horse out of her stable & told her that he
had Sold the Horse for five Shillings & that the Horse dyed
about an houre & halse after he had Sould it Although the
Horse cost her about twenty four pounds about eighteen months
Since That she hath often required the Said Charles to give her
an account what he had done withhorsethe horse but he Still
evaded it & told her Sevall Storyes Some times Saying the horse was
alive & Some times dead
