London Gents Maketh Oath that he this Deponent Did on the
fourth day of July Instant Deliver at Mr Mathew Smith< no role > 's
Dwelling House who is Attorney or Sollicitor for the
Prosecutors in this Cause as this Deponent hath been
Credibly Informed & verily beleives to A Woman who told
this Deponent she was Servant to the said Mr Smith a Notice
in Writing Purporting That on Wednesday the Eight Day
of this Instant July at ten of the Clock in the forenoon
at the sessions of Goal Delivery then to be held for the City of
London at the Sessions House in the Old Baily the Deft
abovenamed would Appear & there Try his Traver So upon
