Norfolk Marriner Maketh Oath that in the Months
of June or July Last he was on Board the Good Ship
called the Mary of Yarmouth Captain Benjamin
Crow
< no role > this Deponents Father then Master in Yarmouth
Road and bound for Norway in or near the Kingdom of
Denmark as this Deponent was then Informed and
verily beleives And then Saw the Defendant Above Named
on Board the Said Ship In Order to go the said then
Intended Voyage And this Deponent hath Since been
Informed the Said Defendant did then go the Said Voyage
And that the Said Ship in the Presenting thereof was
taken by the Sweedes And Carryed into Gottenburgh in the
Kingdome of Sweeden & and this Deponent hath Inquired
divers times and very lately if the said Defendant was
returned from his Said Voyage to England but never
he ard he was and verily beleives he is not yet
returned
