He Saith that about the later end of the month of February last past

then Coachman
to the Lady Moyer
in Walbrooke
came to this Informants Shop & desired him to goe
with him to the said Ladys stable to See one of her Lady Shipps
Coach horses wch was came by reason of a Kennel naile in one of
his feet That this Depont under took to cure the said horse
upon his view And on the Sunday morning following the
some Charles brought the horse to this Informant house in Order
to have the Same horse cured telling this Informant that he had
bought the said horse of his Ladly And about two dayes afterwards
the said Charles tould this Informant that although he had length
& paid for [..] the horse his Lady would not left him have it but
She wanted to have it again & therefore he desired this Infornt
to goe to his Lady & tell hee that this Informant had bought the
horse of the said Charles That at the request of the Said Charles
this Informant die goe to the Lady Moyer & tell her that he had
bought the horse of the said Charles when in truth he had not bought
the Same but die only cure the Said horse And he further
Saith that the said Charles tooke the horse away from him
about the wantfirstday of March & about four dayes after the said
Charles had him to a livery Stable in Whetsters parke near
