Benjamin Crow< no role > Junr of Yarmouth in the
County of Norfolk Mariner maketh Oath that about
nine or ten Months since he was on Board the good
Ship the Mary of Yarmouth Benjamin Crow< no role > Senr this
Depont's Father then Master in Yarmouth Road and
saw the Defendant abovenamed then on Board the said
Ship and bound with her for Norway in or near the
Kingdome of Denmark and Saith that he hath been
Since credibly Informed the said Ship did go her said intended
Voyage and that in the Prosecution thereof She was taken
by the Sweedes and Carryed into Gothenburgh in the
Kingdome of Sweeden And this Depont further Saith
that he hath severall times and very lately enquired if the
said Defendant was returned to England from his said
Voyage and hath not heard that he is and Yesterday
this Depont was Informed he is not and doth verily
Believe it to be true
