Who saith that he is a servt
to Mr
Thomas Ambrous< no role >
a
brewer
in hounsditch
and that this deponent was in
Chancery lane
in company with one
John Marten< no role >
an
other servt
of Mr.
Thomas Ambros< no role >
with his masters hors
and dray and that at the send of the lane a hackney coach
driven by
John Badger< no role >
did drive his hind wheele of
his coach upon the body of his fellow servt

who had at that time the halter of the dray horse in
his hand by which manes the sd

was
greatly hurt and of which hurt he died in about a
or 3 houres after and this deponent further saith that
they did call to the said
John Badger< no role >
and gave him
notis that there was not sufficient room for his Coach
to pas by and desired him to stand still untill the dray
did furst get out of the lane and this deponant further
saith that when they found

would come
forward in ord to make all the room posibly they
could they did drive the dray close up to the side of
the house and further this deponent saith not
