Whereas William Westley< no role > son of the above bound Littleton Westley< no role > by his Indenture of Apprenticeship
bearing even date here with hath put himselfe Apprentice unto the above named Thomas
Constable< no role > for the term of Eight Years comerncing from the day of the date of the said recited
Indenture As thereby may appeare Now the Condicon of this Obligacon in such that if the
said William Westley< no role > doe and shall from time to time and at all times hereafter during the
term of said Apprenticeship at the reasonable request of the said Thomas Constable
his Executors Admstrators or Assigne render unto him or them a true and just accompt of
all such ready moneys goods or other things as shall come to his hands and custody or wherewith
he shalbe any waies instrusted as Apprentice to the said Thomas Constable and make due
satisfaccon for the same and shall in noe waies purlogn wast or imbesite or consent to the
purloyning wasting or imbeziling of the same or any part thereof by any other person
or persons whatsoever Or in case the said William Westley< no role > shall at any time or times during
the term of his said Apprenticeship purlogn wast or imbezile or consent to the purlogning
wasting or imbeziling any of the ready moneys goods or chattells of him the said Thomas
Constable or of any other person or persons left in his custody and the said Littleton Westley
his Executors or Admstrators after due proofe thereof made by the said Thomas Constable
his Executor or Admstrators and notice thereof given doe and shall within the space of One
Month next after such notice well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Thomas
Constable his Executors or Assignes the just and true value of all such moneys goods or
other things of him the said Thomas Constable or of such other person or persons for whom he
shalbe intrusted as shalbe purloyned wasted or imbeziled by the said William Westley< no role > or any
other person or persons by his consent negligence or concealment during the term of his
said Apprenticeship And also if the said Littleton Westley his Executors or Admstrators doe
and shall at his or their own proper cost and charges find and provide to and for the said
William Westley< no role > the said Apprentice all manner of wearing apparell whatsoever during
the term of his said Apprenticeship and doe and shall well and sufficiently save and keep harmless
the said Thomas Constable his Executors and Admstrators of and from the same then this
Obligacon shalbe void or else it shall stand in full force.
