The humble peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore of
the parish of Alhallows the Greate

Sheweth

That one Elizabeth Hunt< no role > wth. her childby virtue of a Warrt. under the hands &
seals of two of her Maties Justices of the peace wth. in the City of London (One being of
the Quor) bearing date the 21th. day of May 1708wors removed from the parish
of St Andrew wondrobe to the said parish of Greate Alhallowes
Aleadging the said parish is the place of the last legall settlement of the said Elizth.
wth her late husband Edward Hunt< no role > whoe hood as a servt . in the sd. parish

That yor petr doubt not but to prove That the said Edward Hurst< no role >
never had any legall settlement in the said parish of Greate Allhallowes
whereby They remove themselves aggrived by the indgemt. of the said two Justices
And doe humbly appeale to yor. worpps.. therefrom

Yor. Petr. therefore humbly pray yor. Honor. & worpps wilbe pleased to
heare them in the prmisses And order the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poors of the said parish of Gt. Andrew Wardrobe
To appeare here before yor. And heare & abide the determinacon of
yor. Honor & Worpps touching this Appeal
