The humble Peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Chistlehurst for the County of Kent

Sheweth

That one Robert Bamster< no role > & Hannah< no role > his wife By virtue of
a Parr under the hands & seals of Two of Her Maties. Justices
of the Peace within the City of London (One being of the
Quor) bearing date the 30th. day of August last past 1708. was
Removed from the Parish of St. Sepulchers London to the Said.
Parish of Chisterhurst in the County of Kent Alleadging the
said Parish is the place of the last legall settlemt of the said
Robert Banister< no role > & Hannah< no role > his wife

That yor. Petr. doubt not to Prove That the said
Robert Banister< no role > & Hannah< no role > his wife never had any
legall Settlement in the said Parish of Chistlehurst in
the County of Kent whereby They Conceive themselves
aggrieved by the Judgement of the said Two Justices
And do humbly Appeal to yor. Worpps. therefrom

Yor. Petr. therefore humbly pray yor. Honor
& Worpps. will be pleased to hear them in the
prmisses And Order the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of St Sepulchers London To appear here
before you And hear & abide the Determinacon
of yor. Honor. & Worpps touching this Appeal
