This Informt. deposeth That abt. Octob last was twelvemonth Thomas Wright< no role >
(this Informts. Father in law) bought a Furbelow Scarfe of Wm. Morvell< no role >
of
St Mary Monthar
in Old High street
in the said City for £40 and gave the
same to this Informts. daughter And this Informt. Saith That he this Informt.
did Since Sell the same Scarfe to Mary Potts< no role >
for abt £40. And that the
said Scarfe is since owned by Mary Pools to be her goods and said to be
Stolen from her wth. Seventeen other scarfes and other goods abt. the said
month of Octob And this Informt. further saith That at the time when
the said Thomas Wright< no role >
bought the said Scarfe of the said Wm. Morvell< no role >
and Jane Adams< no role >
was in company wth. the said Morvell and that she and
the said Morcell both them declared that the said scarfe wth. other scarfes and
goods wch. they then had was taken on an Execuconforby the said Morvell
for a debt due to the said Jane Adams< no role >
And thereupon this Informt. doth
charge the said Wm. Morvell< no role >
and Jane Adams< no role >
On Suspicion of the felonious
taking and stealling the said Scarfes and other goods
