God not haveing Etc the 18th Day of this Instant June at the Parish of Christ-
Church aforesd. in & upon the said George Hawks< no role > in the Peace Etc Feloniously
Willfully & of his Maline before though did make an Assault & that the Said
Samuel Howard< no role > with a Certaine Shoemaker knife made of Iron & Steele of the Value of six pence
which he the Sd Samuel Howard< no role > then & there said & held in his right hand
Drawn the said George Hawks< no role > Feloniously wilfully & of his Maline be-
-fore thought did Strike & thrast in & Did then & there give unto humble
Sd George Hawks< no role > with the knife aforesd one Martall wound in & upon
the Left side of his body [..] neare the Left Papp of the Length on one
Inch & Deapth of 3 Inches of which so [..] wounds held Sd George Hawks< no role > Instantly
dyed at Christchurch aforesd We fynde therefore that he the said Samuel
Howard< no role > the Said George Hawks< no role > in Manner & found aforsd feloniously
Willfully & of his Maline before thought Did kill & Murder Against
the Peace Etc we fynde no goods or Chattells Lands in Tenemts to our
knowledge In Wittness Etc
