Oath this 5th: day of June 1695

Whoe Saith that In Aprill last this Informt: & her Husband
William Cooper< no role > & Catherine Welch< no role > weare al together in
the Roome of this Informt. & had a Tanckard of Drink
from One Mr. Selbeys, this Informt: & her Husband
went to bed & left William Cooper< no role > & Catherine Welch< no role >
togeather and the Tankard with them

The Information of Catherine Welch< no role > taken
upon Oath this 5th: of June 1695

Whoe saith that she & one William Cooper< no role > was at the
House of Ellioner Berry In Aprill last & was in the
Roome when Mr. Berry & her husband went to bed
and afterward went to bed herselfe and left a
Silver Tanckard in the Custody of William Cooper< no role >
in the Roome of Mr Berry & the next Morning
the Tankard was [..] Stole [..] by him the said Cooper
