taken upon Oath this 14th Day of Januray 1695
This Informant deposeth that about the middle of September last one Mr Wm
Knott< no role >
came and took a roome in this Informant house to putt goods in and
was to pay three shillings P weeke for the rent or hire of it and after ye said
goods were putt into the roome the sid Knott locket the dore and carryed
the Key wth him and the next day the said Knott 13th another man,
whose name is Howsome (as this Informt: is toldbeleives) came into the same
roome, where they stayed some time, and afterwards they went away and locks ye done [..] againe and
the said Knett came thither noe more till after the Constable had brooke
open the dore and then he the sad Knott came andcarryedtooke away what
good were remainteing in the roome carryed them into the Temple or els whereas
away byand after the goods were carryed away the said Knott be paid for the
hire of the roome and delived up the Keyhath Informt.
