Whereas complaint hath beene made unto us Whose handes and
Seales are hereunto set two of

for the said Citty of London (One being of the Quarum) by
the Churchwardens and Overseer of the Poore of the Parish
of St. Giles
& Criplegate London that

is lately come into theire said Parish and is
likely to become chargeable unto them Unless timely presented
And for Afirms as Oath is made before us by the said
Sarah

that She was last legally Sitled into Parish
of St. Martin Ludgate
London with Mr. Marrice London in the old Parish as an
hired Servant
at and after the
[..] rate of fifty Shillings
Wages by the yeare their are therefore in theire Majesties
names to require and comand you the Offices of the Parish
of St. Giles Criplegate
London, Some or One of yor, to take
passe and take away the said

out of
the said Parish of St. Giles Criplegate
London to the Parish
of St. Martin Ludgate
aforesaid and theire deliver her to
the Churchwarden and Overseer of the same Parish or to Some
or One of them Soho are hereby likewise in theire Majesties
names required to receive the said Sarah BroosCanke and
provide for her accordings to Lawe here of you nor any of
you are to faise given order our hands and Seales the Forth Day of
December 1693:
