Who saith That on Saturday night last about
twelve A Clock this Informant being in his house
and hearing A Cry of Murther went to the door
and haveing opened it did see three persons named

their drawn sword 6, whereupon this Informant
went to em to know the reason thereof, upon which
two of them desisted but this Informant found the
other pson which he belived to be John Breames< no role >
