his wife & twoe Children were sent to yor. Petr. to be Pvided for upon the
Oath of Mary Bates< no role > the wife that the said Henry her Husband was
last legally settled in yor. Petr. pish for about Five yeares where
they said severall Taxes to here as in tenth the said Henry Bates< no role > This name instance is in set 2959. had
never any legall Settlement in the said Pish but was last legally
Settled in the Pish of St. Buttolph Bishoppsgate

Yor. Petrs. humbly prayes yor. Honors. & Worpps. to
hear them in the Prmisses & Quash the Order
made by the said hood Justiced And send the
