Mr. Alexander's and endeavouring to make
his escape
And this Informant Daniel Daily
for himself saith that about three of the
Clock in the morning of Wednesday last
he saw the said George Clark< no role >
coming over
the fence of the Yard adjoining to Mr. Alexander
when this Informant immediately apprehended
him, That in his way to the watch house
the said George Clark< no role >
seized hold of this
Informant's Thumb with his Teeth by
which he was obliged to quit his
hold of the said George Clark< no role >
when
the said George Clark< no role >
immediately
knocked this Informants down
and made his escapeThat this
Informant sprung his rattle & soon
after apprehended him again and
took him to the watch house
