that he believes a Summons was left at his

to attendat the Session's House in the
Old Bailey on a certain day therein mentioned
And the said David Morgan< no role > not residing in the
said House, or in the County of Middlesex ; this
Deponent did not know it was necessary for him
to Inform the said David Morgan< no role > , that such
Summons had been left or to attend himself
on that Occasionbut Saith he has no objection
to Attend in future, if his health [..] will permits
And his Deponent further saith, that the said
David Morgan< no role > , hath not Resided in Drury
Lane , not in the County of Middlesex for four
