me one of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace
for the said County
Who being upon Oath Saith That about
the beginning of January last, her Husband
then being in the Country, she let part of
her Dwelling House at No. 58 in Great
Portland Street
in the Parish of Saint
Mary le bone
in the said County ready furnished to the
person now present who calls herself
Maria Brown< no role >
at the yearly rent of
one Hundred Pounds to be paid monthly
That on or about the tenth day of January
last the said Maria Brown< no role >
took possession
of the said appartments and at the End
of the first month paid to this Informant
the sum of three Guineas in part of the
first month's rent and about three
weeks afterwards the paid this Informant
the sum of five pounds three Shillings
and four pence at the balance me for the
said month's rent And that about
a month or six weeks afterwards
the said Maria Brown< no role >
paid this
Informant the Sum of one pound
eight Shillings in part of rent put received no more after that [..] and
