The Information of Peter
Bayond

taken before us two of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the said County

Who being severally upon oath say
And first this Informant Peter Bayond
for himself saith that he keeps a Tavern
in Grafton Street in the Parish of Saint
Ann Westminster in the said County, That
about five of the Clock in the afternoon of
Saturday last the fifteenth day of August instant
this Informant went up Stairs into his Bed
room and found that all his property therein
was then safe particularly two silver watches
a Silver Dollar and a small Silver foreign piece
which were all then in the room, that at
this time there was no other person up
Stairs but himself, that this Informant then
locked his Bed room Door and gave the Key
to the other Informant Martha Elliott
and then went outThat he returned
