for the County of Middlesex
This Informant John Mc. Pheal on his Oath Saith That he
having a house near the City road
in he Parish of Saint Luke
(Middlesex
) and that Sunday the [..] Sixth day of February Instant
he left his aforesaid House shut up and fastened by him this
Informant and further Saith that on the Thursday after [..]
the Sunday aforesaid he was Informed that his house had been
broke open and that there, was stolen therefrom One Iron
Bath Stove, One bed Sacking, one Iron Spade and one Iron
Fox Trap the property of this Informant and further Saith
that a Bath Stove and Fox Trap with sundry other Articles
now produced is the Property of this Informant and the same
that was stolen from his as aforesaid
This Informant James Shake shaft Saith that on Thursday
the Tenth day of February Instant he having received Information
of some stolen property being concealed in a house at a place
called Taylor rents
in Kings landread
in the Parish of Saint Leonard
Shoreditch
, he with the Assistance of other Officers went and
Examined the appartments which he had before received Information
of and found therein One Iron Bath Stove, Two Hammers and a
Fox Trapp now produced and that William Bradley< no role >
now under
Examination is the Person in whose Custody the said Stove
and [..] other things were found.
