Elizabeth Ward< no role > of the Same place spinster acknowledges, Etc. £.40.
John Lee< no role > of the same place Labourer acknowledges, Etc. £.40.
John Colingwood< no role > of Buckle Street white chapel Labr acknowledges, Etc. £40.

Upon CONDITION that they do personallly appear at the present, General Session of the Peace, [..] now holding for the County, at the Session House, on Clerken well Green
then and there the said John Waid< no role > to produce the Law with Effect, and the said Elizabeth Ward< no role > John Lee< no role > Jas. Collingwood< no role >
stew Pan of the Value of five Shillings the property of the said John Ward< no role > against the
Peace Etc. And if the Bill be found a true Bill, and returned so
by the Grand Jury, that then they do also appear the next session of Gaol Delivery of Newgate , held for the County of Middlesex , at
Justices Hall, in the OId Baily, then and there to prosecute and give Evidence upon that Indictment. And do not depart the Court without Licence. Then the Recognizance
to the void, or else to remain in full Force. Taken and acknowledged the 21st Day of February 178 5 before us
