Taken the 8th. February 1785

Who upon his oath Saith That on Saturday the
18th. of December last about the hour of Six
oClock in the Evening a Man came into his Shop in
Holborn and feloniously Stole a piece of Pork
called a Line of the Value 2s./- and ran away
with the same That this Informant pursued
him and saw him drop the p [..] and Secured him
and Took him before a Justice And this
Informant Saith That he was informed the
said Man made his Escape from the person who
had him in Custody That he says his Name
is William Bird< no role >

and Year aforesaid before us}
