of the peace in and for the said
County

Who being upon Oath saith that
on Thursday the Seventh of October
instant being upon Tower Hill he
was accosted by three men now present
who calls themselves Joseph Jeffs< no role >
Samuel Smith< no role > and John Watts< no role > when
the said Joseph Jeffs< no role > asked this Informts.
what oClock it was the accordingly
he pulled out his watch to look when
the said Joseph Jeffs< no role > violently snatched
it from his hand and gave into the other
person Samuel Smith< no role > when they
all three went away together with
his Watch And this Depont. further
upon his Oath sayth that he is positive
sure that the three persons abovementioned
are those who Feloniously took and
carried away his Watch as above
