Betham near Streatham in Surry Farmer
taken before me this 10th. day of January 1783

Who being on Oath says that a One Horse Cart which he hath
this Morning seen in the Possession of Joseph Errington< no role > of
Kilburn Wells (and as he is informed was found by the
said Joseph Errington< no role > in the Possession of Richard Phillimore< no role >
now in Newgate) is the Property of this Infromant's
Father Thomas Gray< no role > , and was stolen out of his Yard
at Betham aforesaid about two Months ago.
