Thomas Wrench< no role > One of the Watchman of
the said Parish of Islington upon his Oath Saith
That on Friday Morning last about half an hour
or 3 Quarters after Two Informant hearing a Noise
at The Nags Head knock'd at the DoorThat Mrs
Wildman
< no role > the Land lady Came to the Door and told him
That Two Gentleman had [..] some Blows but it was
overThat Informant with another Watchman stay'd
about the Door for 6 or 7 MinutesWhen they heard
a Strick and then knocked again at the Door which was
openedThat on going in Informant saw the
Landlord in his Shirt and Mr Whitehead and the
deceased closed each other and fell-That Suffolk
the Witness before mentioned Lifted the deceased up
and said he should not fight anymoreThat
the deceased forced himself from. Suffolk and they
both went at it again and White head threw the
deceasedThat the deceased said "he had had enough
and would not fight any More or Words to that Effect".
That Suffolk Lifted the deceased up and some
Hartshorn

a Scratch on his Forehead But< no role > did not see any Bruises
That the Witness thought them much in Liquor
that the deceased was then put to BedThat the
Land lord had on Neither his Shoes or Stockings on and
Did not interfere
