Who being on Oath say and first the said John Mason< no role >
for himself
says that in the Night of the 17th.. or 18th. of December last Nine
Sacks containing Oath were feloniously stolen out of his Barn
near Shooters Hills: and further says he doth verily believe
that two Sacks now produced, one marked I Mason
Skuters< no role >
Hill" the other "I Mason" are his property and
are two of the said Sacks so Stolen as aforesaid. And
the said Moses Murrant< no role >
for himself says that on Sunday
the 29th. of December last he found the two Sacks now
produced, with three others, in the Lodging of Daniel
Oakley< no role >
near Tottenham Court
Road.
